M.I.A.A. Hoop Playoffs: 2 Games, 2 Days, 1 School

As the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association's boys & girls basketball playoffs move closer to crowning their 2013-14 champions,only one Boston Public School is still involved.
New Mission/BCLA High School,located on Metropolitan Avenue in Hyde Park,has not one but two teams still involved.
The Lady Titans won the Division 4 North Championship Friday evening at Emmanuel College when they defeated fellow BPS rival Fenway High.
On the boys side,New Mission traveled to Lowell yesterday and won the Division 2 North crown as they beat Danvers High at the Tsongas Arena.
Next step in both teams quest for MIAA state titles are Monday and Tuesday games at T.D. Garden.
The girls face always strong Greater New Bedford Voke at 2:15pm on Monday and the boys play on the Boston Celtics floor Tuesday night. They'll face Milton High at 7:30pm.
