Burke Girls Advance In Playoffs!

The #2 seed J.E. Burke Lady Bulldawgs basketball team defeated Canton High Monday night to advance to the quarter finals of the MIAA Division 3 South playoffs. The game, held at the Burke's gym was close at the half (33-29 Burke) but the Lady Bulldawgs pulled away in the 4rth quarter and never looked back on their way to a 62-48 victory. Burke's next challenge will come on Friday when #7 seed Ashland High visits the Burke at 7pm.Please come out and support our local team!
