New Mission High School jumped out to a 17 point halftime lead thanks to senior Darius Davis' 13 point first half on their way to a 67-57 victory over Northridge High to win their second Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association State Basketball title in as many years.The game which was played at Worcester's DCU Center this afternoon was actually not as close as the final score indicates. New Mission often maintained leads of 20 points or well into the 4rth quarter. Two other New Mission players scored in double figures (Samir McDaniels 16,and Kachi Nzerem 15) as the Titans shared the ball well throughout the game.
