Support Junior Varsity Football!

They don't get enough publicity,they don't get cheerleaders,they don't get use of scoreboards, heck,they sometimes don't even get chains & yardmarkers. But what they do get is an oppurtunity to compete,practice their craft,hone their skills,and prepare for bigtime football. Some won't continue on and play varsity,some will get jobs,some will focus more on their studies ,but for now till late November, hundreds of 9th and 10th graders will spend their Monday afternoons playing organized,competitive football. Sonofcodmansquare.com caught a game yesterday at Boston English High School which pitted the host Blue & Blue against the visiting Cardinals of Madison Park. The weather was great and the game was just as good.
